I am so excited to share Faith and Datuan’s Little Rock Engagement session on the blog today! This fashion loving couple began dating 5 years ago, with two of the 5 years as long distance. Surprise Engagement Party
Datuan proposed to Faith in a surprise engagement party last year at the Butcher Shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. Faith wanted a low-key birthday, but she got a bang! Datuan had been planning to propose for two months, and completely won over her aunt and uncle as he took off of work and went to personally ask for their blessing to marry her. *insert ugly cry here*
Friends from all over the country came to help celebrate, and when Faith walked in to the room at the Butcher Shop, she could not believe it—a room full of close family members and friends who have been keeping a secret from her for months! While crying uncontrollably, Datuan asked her to turn around and Datuan was on one knee! *cue tears again!*
Faith and Datuan will marry this fall in Little Rock, and I can’t wait! Congratulations, Faith and Datuan! Enjoy some of my favorite images from their Little Rock engagement session below!
Faith and Datuan had their denim jacket custom-made with their wedding date on it, and it is everything! These jackets are to die for and I love them so much! And, this part of their session was held in the gorgeous Argenta area in North Little Rock! I may have found my new favorite place to shoot!
