A beautiful Spring Legacy Acres wedding filled with joy, laughter, and love is what I’ll always remember for Kiley and Elliot. This year has been a huge milestone for this Central Arkansas bride and groom – Kiley running another growth-filled year at Rock City Dance Center Conway and Elliot being accepted into the Physical Therapy program at a local college. I am so honored to have been a part of it all. Kiley and Elliot are two of the most precious souls and once you get to know them, you feel like they’ve and you have known each other for years.
Kiley and Elliot got engaged in a private location in late July 2023 and wedding planning was soon underway. I remember Kiley reaching out to me like it was yesterday asking if I had March 17th available. Our conversation was simply this: “Blink once if it’s for you, twice if for someone else.” IT WAS HER! She told me she didn’t know when it would be happening but it would be soon and she was correct!
The morning was all celebration and laughter. Decked out in light pink robes, Kiley and her bridesmaids danced to their favorite songs and reminisced on stories from their childhood to their college days. Meanwhile, Elliot and his groomsmen were telling jokes and attempting to play poker (they all admit that they were not very good at it, either). The weather was perfect – not too chilly, not too warm! The color palette and feel revealed springtime blooms and vibes and timelessness -hues of greens and pinks with hints of champagne in the groom and groomsman suits. Kiley’s wedding dress accentuated her silhouette so well–it was backless and form-fitting and was a dream!
Kiley and her dad, Lance shared a first look and he was over the moon excited for her and they shared a few final moments. Kiley and Elliot also had a first look and it was the sweetest moment as Elliot shed tears looking at his bride.
Under the expert guidance of the wedding coordinator, Candice Williams-Wilson, the talented vendors painted an elegant scene. The romance of the florals by Rae Lyn Callaway was perfectly selected to complement the simplicity and elegance of the day.
Surrounded by the romantic scent of the florals and chatter amongst all the guests, the festivities carried well on into the night. Celebration on top of celebration was added after a first dance by Kiley and Elliot, and a dance-off between the groomsmen and the competitive dancers from the dance studio. After much dancing and celebration, Kiley and Elliot passed out green heart-shaped sunglasses and hit the dance floor.
As the party came to a close, Kiley and Elliot shared tear-filled hugs with family and friends as they got ready to exit their beautiful getaway car. Surrounded by family and friends, their life together as husband and wife began. I am so thrilled that I was able to document Kiley and Elliot’s big day, and I can’t wait to see where life takes them!
