On a radiant October day, their close family and friends gathered in front of the camera of this thrilled Fayetteville/Northwest Arkansas photographer to celebrate the moment they finally said, “I do” at Fayetteville Arkansas’ Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks. DeMarco had no idea of the beautiful adventure in store for him when he met Emily. Emily and DeMarco are from the same city and graduated high school together. They both moved to Fayetteville Arkansas and began dating each other.
The Backstory
Emily and DeMarco both expressed to me that a small ceremony with no more than 20 people present was what they wanted. The Fayetteville Botanical Gardens delivered on offering them the perfect backdrop during their morning ceremony. The Pointers also married on one of the most popular dates of the year, 10.10.2020! Emily explained to me during our phone call and engagement session that she wanted the focus of the day to be the love between her and DeMarco. She also went on to tell me about how everything was going to be small and simple and she was absolutely correct!
The Ceremony
Emily’s parents walked her down the aisle to marry her husband. As they walked towards DeMarco and the officiant, Emily’s dad was smiling from ear to ear. DeMarco was beaming with joy as his bride approached him at the altar. As portrait time came to a close, Emily and DeMarco’s family cheered and wished them well on their journey as husband and wife.
